What we collect

When you email the firm, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address, how to reach you, your state and a short description of your VA decision. We don't ask for details about your case until the attorney has checked for conflicts.

How we use it

Only to contact you about the call and, if you hire the attorney, to represent you. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else receives it

• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and forwards email sent to intake@claimscopelaw.com to the firm's inbox.
• Google (Gmail), which stores the firm's email.
• Google Fonts, which supplies this site's typefaces and receives your browser's IP address when a page loads. It does not receive anything you send the firm.

ClaimScope LLC, a software company owned by Gabe and Erick, does not receive your email or any information you send the firm. Erick sees it only in his role as a firm employee.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics, advertising tags or tracking cookies.

Confidentiality

Information you send before hiring the firm is kept confidential too. The attorney keeps your information confidential under the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct and VA's rules for accredited representatives. Your engagement agreement explains how your records are handled.
